W Capital SAFI S.A. began its operations in November 2012 and has been developing new real estate and private capital investment funds year after year. The funds mostly come from institutional investors, such as AFPs and insurance companies. As a company that manages public funds, W Capital is regulated by the Securities Market Society (SMV), which ensures compliance with regulations and proper fund operation standards.
W Capital S.A.F.I. is a company of the Wiese Group. The Wiese Group was founded in the second decade of the 20th century with the firm A and F Wiese S.A. Over the years, the group’s activities have expanded to cover real estate, logistics, social, and financial sectors. Currently, the group operates as an investment holding company participating in the businesses, assets, and results of the companies in which it invests.
